Va Road trip
Here are some photo ops from our trip to Va last weekend. It was a weekend full of good food and time with family. Peyton was passed around between great grandparents, grandparents, great aunts and uncles, and more aunts and uncles. We spent most of the day Saturday at the Mennonite Relief Sale-ate lots of good food and watched Uncle HL auction off some quilts and other handmade goodies. We also had to make a stop at the JMU bookstore to get Peyton her first JMU t-shirt. Just trying to prepare her for a future as a JMU duke! From her picture I think she agrees.:) Recently she has been demonstrating her new trick everywhere we go-sticking out her tongue! She also has been making lots of spitting noises while getting herself and everyone else soaked. Peyton had a good time hanging out with Grandpa Larry and her future Grandma Emily. It was a good weekend and over all the drive down and back wasn't too bad. There were minimal crying fits and we really only had to stop once both ways. Although with that being said, I am not looking forward to next weekend's road trip to Richmond-its about 2 hours further than Harrisonburg! We'll keep you posted on our success or lack there of.
